Gym training

It has already been almost a week since I started going to gym again. So I did some exercises based on running. It took about an hour and within an hour, I run for 25mintes and rest of them, I did sit-up and hula-hoop. For first 25minutes, I walked about 5km per an hour for first 5 minutes, and then run at the speed of 9km per an hour. It was quite difficult to achieve since I was about a half of a year away from running, however when I finished, I feel really great about what I'd done.
Even though it's hard to take time just for that because I do English tutor 3times for this week and next week, I'll start going there just as the plan which is 3 times a week, from next next week. My achievement for gym training is, to become able to run for 20minutes at the speed of 11km/hour with slope-changing, or to run 4-4.5km for 5 minutes. I used about 200carolies for only running at this time, so I want to use 250 next time.

I believe that I've met several learning outcomes;
  1. Developed new skill
    ( I'm going to be able to run more and more quickly and longer-distance for continuous challenge.) 
  2.  Undertake new challenges
